At a limit, a form says so before anyone starts typing, and people already answering can still send. We tell you at 70%, 90% and 100% of the month. Moving down a level never deletes anything.

Are prices with VAT?
Prices are in cedis and exclude VAT. In Ghana, 20% (VAT, NHIL and GETFund) is added on the invoice.
How do I pay?
On agooforms.com, by mobile money or card, never in the Agoo Forms apps. Pay monthly, or yearly and get two months free. Your organisation’s level is paid with its Agoo plan.
What if we go over our responses?
We tell your workspace’s Owners and Admins at 70%, 90% and 100% of the month. At the limit the form stops taking new responses, people already typing can still send, and nothing is charged automatically. Move up a level, or wait for the 1st of the month.
Can we move down a level?
Yes. Nothing is deleted: forms keep running as published, and editors over the new limit become Analysts until you move up again.
Who counts as an editor?
Owners, Admins and Builders, the people who make and change forms. Analysts, who read responses, and Billing members are free.
What do AI credits do?
Agoo AI drafts a form from a sentence you write, using one or two credits. Each level has credits every month; an organisation’s workspace uses its organisation’s AI credits. A draft that fails gives its credits back.
