Agoo Forms
Privacy, in plain words
Agoo Forms is run by the Ardent Africa Foundation LBG in Accra, as part of Agoo. Agoo’s privacy notice covers it in full; here is what matters most.

If you answer a form
The person, team or organisation named on the form receives your answers and decides what they’re for. Each form links to Your data, which says how to ask them about your answers. You need no account, and no cookies are set.
As you type, your answers stay in your own browser for up to a day, so a dropped connection loses nothing. Answers marked sensitive, such as a Ghana Card number, are sealed when they arrive: only people the maker allows can reveal them, and each time is recorded. To stop abuse, we keep a scrambled form of your connection’s address for 30 days. Agoo Forms will never ask for your password or PIN.
If you make forms
We keep your name, email address, your workspaces and roles, what you build and where you’re signed in. You decide what your forms ask and why, and how long answers are kept; we process the answers for you and never sell them, use them for advertising or train AI on them. Export a form’s responses or your whole workspace whenever you like, and delete them when you’re done.
Your rights
Under Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted. Write to agoo@ardentafrica.com. About your answers to someone’s form, ask its maker first, through Your data on the form.
