    Send your certificate

    Upload your registration certificate in Billing, in the Agoo Console. Our team checks it.

    Once you’re verified, your organisation’s Forms workspace has Forms Plus, free, every year your registration is current.

Who qualifies?

Registered NGOs and charities, with a current registration certificate. Individuals and informal groups don’t qualify, but Forms Free is free for ever and has unlimited forms.

Why do we need an Agoo organisation?

Because an NGO is an organisation, its forms belong to it rather than to one person: when staff change, the forms and responses stay. Your organisation starts on Agoo Free, with nothing to set up for visitors, and you can use the rest of Agoo later if you like.

Is everything discounted?

Forms Plus is free and Forms Team is 40% off. Usage, such as AI credits beyond your level’s and messages, is never discounted, because most of it is what we pay others.

What happens when our registration runs out?

We check it again every year. If it lapses, your workspace moves to Forms Free at the end of the period, and nothing is deleted.

Do schools, clinics and community groups get anything?

Yes, through community grants: the Community plan, free for a year to public schools, clinics and community groups that couldn’t otherwise pay, includes Forms Plus.
