Making forms on Agoo Forms is covered by Agoo’s terms of service and acceptable use policy, whether or not you’re an Agoo customer. Here is what matters most.

Your forms, your answers
Whoever makes a form decides what it asks and why, and is responsible for the answers under Ghana’s Data Protection Act. We look after them for you with the commitments of our data processing agreement. Say who receives the answers, and ask only what you need.
What no form may do
Ask for passwords, PINs, one-time codes or card numbers; pretend to be a bank, a network, a government body or anyone you don’t represent; collect children’s details without a parent’s consent; harass, scam or spam. We may hold a form while we check it, or take it down, and we tell the workspace’s Owners why.
Levels and paying
Forms Free costs nothing. Forms Plus and Forms Team are billed on the web, never in our apps, in cedis and excluding VAT. Nothing is charged automatically when you reach a limit, and moving down a level never deletes forms or responses. Until our opening, only people we invite can sign in.
